- 54% of employers don’t offer formal engagement programs
- 73% report participating in engagement programs on some level
- 70% of respondents say their C-suite is committed to engagement
Referral Programs increase new hire quality (employees to refer quality candidates), and achieve higher retention rates that non-referral hires.
