Perks Worldwide Receives Gusto’s Extra Mile Award for Going Above and Beyond

Online HR services provider, Gusto, awards Perks WW for doing what they do best – valuing and recognizing employees.

Perks Worldwide, a global incentives and loyalty company, was honored with Gusto’s Extra Mile Award. The award recognizes businesses that go above and beyond in order to create an exceptional employee experience through benefits, appreciation, and growth opportunities. Perks WW was selected as a recipient of the award because of the organization’s commitment to their employees and consistent positive feedback from staff.

CEO Jeff Ford said of the recognition,

Motivation is our business, so recognition and reward is in our DNA. Every day we see how positive employee engagement impacts businesses, starting with our own company. Perks Worldwide cares about our employees and our employees care about the company.  We live and breathe our core values of innovation, teamwork, ambition, and laughter.

Gusto’s founder and CEO, Josh Reeves, hand-delivered the award to the Perks WW team during his cross-country trip to visit the eleven businesses recognized. Gusto also gifted Perks WW $1500 to donate to their charity of choice. Employees selected St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to receive the donation.
